Digital Detox

I will be going on a social media break for two weeks 🙀
All in the name of mental health.
I will be temporarily shutting this account down (FB included) during that time.
Starting tomorrow at 09:00.
My blog will still be running and I will still be writing, so you can keep an eye on my WordPress site for more articles.

There is so much evidence that suggests that social media directly affects people with anxiety and depression.  So my two week experiment starts today.  I will still be writing on my blog, but no social media, taking notes of my feelings every day to see any change.
You can be sure I will have lots of thoughts to write about on this subject in the weeks to come.
